Eyenetwork is currently seeking a New Business Development Manager / Director.

Job Description

Our company, Eyenetwork is a very successful Brighton based global brand, 16 years old, with over 60% of income coming from outside the United Kingdom.

A profitable company we are poised for major expansion in the fast growing market for video conferencing and TelePresence. We have thousands of client relationships and are the largest 'virtual meeting' booking service in Europe.

Eyenetwork are looking for a very ambitious individual who can help evolve our service offering in an environment where more expensive corporate Telepresence equipment and a range of desktop videoconferencing products are transforming the market.

In additional to developing new business in the Telepresence market the successful applicant will develop strategic channel partnerships regarding new service offerings in Multipoint bridging, web streaming, and webconferencing..

Experience of understanding corporate customers, designing services as well as winning and managing key accounts will be critical to harvesting the opportunity at Eyenetwork.

Essential skills
Proven track record in Corporate Account management
Ability to conceive and implement product diversification and develop channel partnerships.
Articulate communicator, able to build and influence relationships at the highest level

PreferredSkills
Background in Unified Communications
Experience of developing sales strategies within a B2B industry.



Eyenetwork is also seeking a Bookings Coordinator.

Job Description

This is a great opportunity for a graduate to contribute excellent language and communication skills, liaising with our client base in the UK and overseas.
Full time
To start as soon as possible.
Specific responsibilities involve:
1. Taking calls from customers
2. Quoting by phone and email
3. Liaising with facilities to book their venue
4. Creating booking paperwork

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES REQUIRED:

. Computer and Internet literate
. Customer service or sales experience essential - at least 3 years
. Ability to multitask and problem solve is important
. As we have customers and suppliers around the world, a foreign language is very desirable.
. High standard of written English.
